This Italian restaurant in the elegant Hotel Seiyo Ginza is divided into two sections. The "casual" side has a bar counter, banquettes, and a see-through glass wall to the kitchen; the "formal" side has mauve wall panels and carpets, armchairs, and soft recessed lighting. On either side of the room, you get some of the best Italian cuisine in Tokyo, though the menu is simpler and cheaper on the casual side. Try pâté of pheasant and porcini mushrooms with white-truffle cheese sauce or the walnut-smoked lamb chops with sun-dried tomatoes.
