Fodor's Review:

Located in the Tokyo Broadcasting System Garden building, La Granata is very popular with the media crowd, and deservedly so: the chefs prepare some of the most accomplished Italian food in town. La Granata is decked out in trattoria style, with brickwork arches, red-checker tablecloths, and a display of antipasti to whet the appetite. Whether you order the tagliolini (thin ribbon noodles) with porcini mushrooms, the spaghetti with garlic and red pepper, or any of the other menu offerings as your main meal, start with the wonderful batter-fried zucchini flowers filled with mozzarella and asparagus as an appetizer.
