Fodor's Review:
A regular shuttle bus (at Terminal 1, Bus Stop 14; Terminal 2, Bus Stop 31) makes the 10-minute trip from the airport to the Nikko Winds. Basic, cheap furnishings fill the rooms in the main building, and there's barely room to pass between the bed and the dresser en route to the bathroom -- but the rooms are thoroughly soundproof. Rooms in the "Executive" building are nicer but pricier. The top-floor lounge overlooks the airport.
