$$$$, Minato-ku
Fodor's Review:
The Grand Hyatt is a class act -- a hotel designed with every imaginable convenience and comfort. A drawer in the mahogany dresser in each room, for example, has laptop cables and adaptors. The showers have two delivery systems, one through a luxurious "rain-shower" head affixed to the ceiling. No expense has been spared on materials, from the Egyptian-cotton bed linens to the red-granite pool in the spa. Rooms are huge, with high ceilings, touch-panel lighting systems, remote-control blackout blinds, and muted earth tones of brown, beige, and yellow. Guests staying in Grand Club rooms receive complimentary breakfast and evening drinks. Note that the complicated layout of the facilities can make moving around seem like a game of Chutes and Ladders.
