This 40th-floor lounge bar atop the Cerulean Tower draws a mixed crowd of tourists and local couples, who come for the grand views out over Shibuya and beyond. Drinks start at ¥1,000.

- Subway: JR, Ginza and Hanzo-mon subway lines, Shibuya Station (Minami-guchi/South Exit for JR and Ginza, Exit 8 for Hanzo-mon)
