Tama Zoo (Tama Dobutsu Koen)

Tama Zoo (Tama Dobutsu Koen) Review

More a wildlife park than a zoo, this facility in western Tokyo gives animals room to roam; moats typically separate them from you. You can ride through the Lion Park in a minibus. To get here, take a Keio Line train toward Takao from Shinjuku Station and transfer at Takahata-Fudo Station for the one-stop branch line that serves the park.
