Yoyogi Koen (Yoyogi Park)

Yoyogi Koen (Yoyogi Park) Review

This is the perfect spot to have a picnic on a sunny day. On Sunday, people come here to play music, practice martial arts, and ride bicycles on the bike path (rentals are available). Be sure to look out for a legendary group of dancing Elvis impersonators, who meet at the entrance every Sunday and dance to classic rock 'n' roll music. There is also a community of homeless people who live in orderly, clean camps along the periphery. Sunday and holidays there's a flea market along the main thoroughfare that runs through the park, opposite the National Yoyogi Sports Center.
