Fodor's Review:

The basement floor of this Kenzo Tange-designed emporium houses more than a dozen small antiques shops. The emphasis is on European goods, but Japanese offerings include a tasteful sword shop and ceramics dealers. Upstairs, fashion hounds can shop for designs from Mori Hanae, the doyenne of Japanese designers.
