Fodor's Review

A converted warehouse on the waterfront houses this restaurant, a Tokyo hot spot for private parties. Chef David Chiddo refined his signature California-Thai cuisine at some of the best restaurants in Los Angeles and now incorporates Japanese twists into some of the dishes here. Don't miss his Thai-style red curry chicken skewers, or the shrimp cocktail with yuzu kosho mayonaisse. True to its name, T. Y. Harbor brews six of its own year-round beers (plus seasonal specials) in a tank that reaches all the way to the 46-foot-high ceiling. The best seats in the house are on the bay-side deck, open from May to October. Reservations are a good idea on weekends.
