Fodor's Review

Billing itself a "modern American brasserie," Roti takes pride in the creative use of simple, fresh ingredients fused with Eastern and Western elements. For an appetizer, try the falafel and char-grilled vegetables on flat bread, or shoestring french fries with white truffle oil and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Don't neglect dessert: the espresso-chocolate tart is outrageously good. Other indulgences include some 60 California wines, microbrewed ales from the famed Rogue brewery in Oregon, and Cuban cigars. There is also a fantastic weekend brunch menu and a great-value kids set menu (¥900). The best seats in the house are, in fact, outside, at one of the dozen tables around the big glass pyramid on the terrace.
