$$-$$$, Taito-ku
Fodor's Review:
Upscale Western-style accommodations are rare in Asakusa, so the Asakusa View pretty much has this end of the market to itself. Off the smart marble lobby, a harpist plays in the tea lounge, and expensive boutiques line the second floor. The communal hinoki (Japanese-cypress) baths on the sixth floor, which also houses the Japanese-style tatami suites, overlook a Japanese garden. The best of the Western-style rooms are on the 22nd and 23rd floors, with a view of the Senso-ji pagoda and temple grounds. There's a top-floor lounge with live entertainment.
