Fodor's Review

Champagne can't go by that name if it's produced outside a specific region, and noodles can only be called Inaniwa Udon if they are produced exclusively in Inaniwa. Established in 1860, this noodle empire has many branches across the Tohoku region, but this one is for connoisseurs who want to sample regional foods and locally brewed sake. A casual, nine-course set meal (¥3,150 to ¥5,000) comes with the signature hand-kneaded Inaniwa noodles, which have a firm texture, and fresh fruit for dessert. Make big slurps and enjoy.
