Fodor's Review

Stepping into this hotel's sleek black-and-cream marble lobby is a refreshing break from the dreary concrete of the city's main drag. From the lounge, and restaurant you get a great view of Oyama Shrine, especially at sunset. The spacious rooms, though far from new, are done in white-and-beige tones, and have sofas. Japanese-style rooms are slightly larger, but furnishings are spare. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the train station, if you head down Eki-mae-dori and

take a right on Hikoso-odori.
