Here you'll find all kinds of fresh fish, some of which are found only in the Sea of Japan. For easy ordering, choose the tokujo nigiri set meal (¥3,000 for 10 pieces) and a chilled bottle of the local Kitayuki sake. Then glance at what your neighbors have ordered and ask for what looks good. You can't go wrong with the freshest abalone, sea urchin, and squid in town; try the nodo-guro (sea bass) or the bai-gai, delightfully called the "Japanese babylon"
in English. Marui closes during mid-afternoon. It's one block off the Furu-machi arcade.
