Kincharyo Review
The menu changes seasonally in the showpiece restaurant of the Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel. The lacquered, curved countertop of the sushi bar is beautiful. Superb dinner courses range from tempura sets (¥4,042-¥8,085) to mixed kaiseki (full meal); nine items cost ¥5,775). In spring your meal may include hotaru-ika (firefly squid) and iidako (baby octopus) no larger than your thumbnail. The lunch kaiseki bento costs from ¥1,300 to ¥3,600.
