Flags and banners hang above tanks full of eels and fish waiting to be selected for your plate, and the chefs do a dazzling job preparing the freshest, most sumptuous seafood. The other Japanese fare is also top-notch. Dinner is lively, but the set menus at lunch are considerably cheaper. It's just across from Kawaroku Hotel, off Marugame-machi arcade.
