This delightful café-restaurant is just off the arcades' main drag. Sit outdoors and people-watch on the cobbled lane or head indoors to the fancy, intimate third floor. The first floor is dinerlike, the second acceptable, but sitting in the literati-chic upper level and getting to order from the same cheap, delicious menu is having your cake and eating it, too. The cake, incidentally, is excellent.
