Negiyaki Yamamoto

Fodor's Review:

It would be a sacrilege to leave Osaka without trying okonomiyaki. Osaka's specialty pancake of grilled cabbage, seafood, and pork topped with barbecue sauce is even tastier when cooked in front of you. A cold beer is the only accompaniment necessary. The waiting lines outside Yamamoto Negiyaki attest that it is the best place in town. Go mid-afternoon to avoid a wait.
