Fodor's Review:
A 10-minute walk west of the Shin-sai-bashi subway station and close to the laid-back cafés of Minami Horie, the Toyoko Inn is a good-value, comfortable business hotel. Thought has gone into the facilities for the budget traveler. Computers with free Internet access are in the foyer, and you can make free local calls from the house phone. The prices include a light breakfast of rice balls, miso soup, and coffee.
