Fodor's Review:

A few minutes' walk from JR Osaka Station, the Hearton is a more affordable alternative. Unless you're really on a budget, however, opt for one of the larger twin rooms; the smaller rooms are barely big enough for you to swing the proverbial cat in. From Osaka Station walk west and go around the Gran Via hotel to the street crossing. Go through the food-court arcade and the hotel is at the end.
