Fodor's Review:

This park contains not only the Municipal Museum of Fine Art and the garden of Keitaku-en, but also the Tenno-ji Botanical Gardens (Tenno-ji Shokubutsuen). Also within the park is a prehistoric burial mound, Chausuyama Kofun, that was the site of Tokugawa Ieyasu's camp during the siege of Osaka-jo in 1614-15. Take the Loop Line from Osaka Station to Tenno-ji Station. The park is on the left side of the road going north to Shitenno-ji.

  • Cost: ¥150, park only
  • Open: Tues.–Sun. 9:30–4:30; last entry at 4
