Big beds, fluffy duvets, and a great location—it's a block east of the ferry dock—make Hyper Hotel a great choice despite the silly name and slightly grubby trimming. If you've come this far, you're probably not out for luxury anyway, and the prices are unbeatable for comfy-enough Western-style rooms. Families or groups will love the ¥1,000 rate for adding a third person in the room.
