Club Cielo Review
This is an upscale, rooftop, strut-your-stuff dance club. Patrons are allowed entrance only between 9 pm and midnight, but the party never stops. Cover charges range from ¥1,500 to ¥2,000. Club Cielo is in the Best Denki Building on Kokusai-dori, diagonally across from the Palette Kumoji shopping center.
