Fodor's Review

The focus of this laid-back eatery near Hisaya Odori Station is craft beer, with 13 taps pouring a frequently changing lineup of Japan's best microbrews (look for brands like Baird and Shiga Kogen). You can pair your choice with a good selection of pizzas and more inventive dishes like pork marinated in ale. The only drawback, as with all of Japan's craft pubs, is price: not-quite-pints start at ¥1,050 (a half is ¥680). The whole pub is smoke-free, which is still quite uncommon in Japan.
