Fodor's Review

Want to see what's happening inside the volcano? Two heat-impervious cameras were inserted into the most active part of the volcano, and visitors to this museum can watch what's being recorded. Another display explains that Japan sits on the busiest tectonic plate junction in the world and that these fault lines are visible from space. The museum is across from the Kusasenri parking lot and rest area.
