This Western-style hotel is a nice inexpensive choice for those staying downtown around the Naka-gawa. The lobby has a sunny lounge area with good views of the street for people-watching while you sip your coffee or surf the Internet for free. It's only one block west of the Haruyoshi Bridge along Kokutai-dori, on the right (north) side of the street.
