Deluxe French dishes are served with flourish and flash at this elegant, spacious restaurant on the 11th floor of the Kumamoto Castle Hotel. Windows provide a dramatic view of the castle, which is flooded in pale-green light at night. Slices of smoked black pig with fresh fruit make a wonderful hors d'oeuvre, and the lamb chops and sea bass are both superb. Sumptuous desserts start at only ¥630. Choose between fixed courses, or order things à la carte.
