Fodor's Review:
A white-walled, tile-floored, wrought-iron, and blown-glass Spanish restaurant in Arashiyama brings paella to a neighborhood famous for its tofu. Bodegon sits unobtrusively along the main street that runs through the center of this scenic district, combining Spanish fare and wine with Kyoto hospitality. A wildly popular tourist area in daylight, Arashiyama rolls up its sidewalks after dark, and Bodegon is a good place to dine after sightseeing.
