Fodor's Review:
A budget traveler's dream, this hotel is on the east side of the Imperial Palace, and it has excellent facilities, including a communal kitchen, laundry room, and two meeting rooms. Guest rooms are small, but they are spotless and perfectly acceptable; the art is mostly by local artists who stayed in the rooms in which their paintings hang. Larger family rooms are available (some have kitchens), and there are discounts for stays longer than three nights. Masseurs that specialize in Thai massage are on hand to bring you pain relief and relaxation. Breakfast is ¥1,050 per person, and you can eat at outdoor tables.
