A bunch of Internet cafés are just north of San-no-miya Station. Most are combination manga (comic-book) cafés. Media Café Popeye is halfway between the San-no-miya and Moto-machi stations, just north of the railway tracks. South of Moto-machi Station, look for Comic Busters in the Otom Garden building. Media Café Popeye (2-1-6 Kitanagasa-dori, Chuo-ku. 098/325-8677).

Most post-office branches are open 9-5 weekdays. The main post office is open 9-9 daily. Kobe Central Post Office, International Mail Section (6-2-1 Sakaemachi-dori, Chuo-ku. 078/360-9600). A FedEx Kinko's on the first floor in the JR San-no-miya station (daily 7 AM-10 PM, 078/291-4311) also handles international mail.
