Bistrot Café de Paris

Fodor's Review:

This lively café offers delectable French cuisine and features a popular outdoor terrace -- a true rarity in Japan at a prime location. The menu ranges from couscous to bouillabaisse. Midway up the hill on Kitano-zaka, it's great for people-watching and is a good stop while cruising the Kitano district. Lunch sets run around ¥2,500, dinners around ¥3,600.
