Raja's mellow ambience is matched by delicious Indian food, reputedly made by the first Indian chef in Kobe. Among their home-style Indian food of spicy curries and samosas, vegetarians can find something mecha oishii (very delicious). Raja attributes the excellence of their tandoori chicken to using the highest grade charcoal available in Japan. It's located on the west end of Chinatown, near Moto-machi. Dinner sets start from ¥3,200.
