When to Go to Kobe

Except for during the cold days of winter and the humid days of midsummer, Kobe enjoys a mild climate tempered by the Seto Nai-kai. Spring, especially at cherry-blossom time, and autumn are the optimal seasons to visit Kobe, as well as most of the rest of Japan.
