Fodor's Review

Beer ice cream anyone? Maybe you'd prefer cherry-blossom flavor? Or squid ink (ikasumi), butter potato (jaga bata), sea urchin (uni), or pumpkin (kabocha)? This Otaru institution serves up unconventional varieties of ice cream made from fresh ingredients in an 1892 warehouse in an alleyway one block from the canal. Single, double, and triple scoops will cost you ¥300, ¥500, or ¥700.
