A happy medium between the more expensive beach resorts outside of town and the bare-bones backpacker spots, the Mamalla Beach resort is popular with Indian tourists as well as foreigners. Rooms are fairly large and comfortable; the buffet at the vegetarian restaurant Golden Palette is a good place for Indian classics, and at Rs. 95 it's also a good deal.
