Villa Helena Review
One of the best places to stay in the French quarter, Villa Helena has a wonderful plant-filled courtyard. Rooms are decorated richly with red silk drapes, vintage Chinese prints, and antique furniture; the bathrooms are very spacious. Ceilings are high and tall, slatted windows look out onto the street. For breakfast you can get freshly baked croissants and coffee or tea served in the veranda as you lounge on cane furniture and admire the garden. The two suites are nearby in a separate, very private location—it's the next best thing to having your own apartment.
