Set amid 45 acres of rice ("paddy") fields and semi-jungle, this resort's very comfortable and well-maintained cottages have balconies facing the peaceful Vennar River. Connected by road to Thanjavur and 10 km (6¼ mi) away from the Brihadiswara Temple, it's one of the best places to stay in the Thanjavur-Trichy area. Indian, Continental, Chinese, and Sri Lankan cuisine are served in the restaurant.
