This large, pleasant indoor restaurant is air-conditioned and serves Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines. A few good options include the bagala bhath (spiced rice and lentils), curd rice (spiced Indian yogurt and rice), or the chicken 65 (spicy hot fried chicken). The Hotel Sangam's other restaurant, Cascade, serves a similar menu but also includes some dosa specialties.
