Taking its name from the copper chimney at its center, this restaurant, with beautiful etched glass windows, has a regular clientele of business people, local elite, and international tourists. Although the menu has continental and Chinese selections, the Copper Chimney is best known for its heavy, North Indian dishes. The palak paneer (peas with cheese) and the sweet-and-sour lassis are exceptional. This is also a good place to try the traditional lal mas
(mutton in gravy), Rajasthani-style kadai chicken (cooked in a heavy wok, and spicy), or Tandoor (clay oven) meat dishes.

I had a very bitter experiance on dining with Copper Chimney on M.I. Road, Jaipur on 25th July 2011. I ordered for an Old Fashioned Mix Sizzler, which was not in a condition to be eaten by Humans. All the meat is half baked and so hard that it was not even chewable. It was almost tasteless with no flavor. Was as good as raw. Then the chicken was smelling like anything. Inspite of compalining about it, nobody has bothered and the stewards started ignoring.
PLEASE DONOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT AS IT IS NOT EVEN OF ONE STAR QUALITY STANDARDS. COPPER CHIMNEY RESTAURANT (M.I.
