Law Garden Market gets going only at around 7 or 8 each night, when the road is transformed into a vibrant, chaotic scene. Vendors drape their stalls with exquisitely embroidered wall hangings, shirts, vests, bedspreads, and more, studded with tiny mirrors. Bargain like mad.
