Fodor's Review:

Oozing with nostalgic charm, the small but splendid haveli is over 170 years old. The central courtyard is lovely—you can enjoy a cup of tea while gazing at the ancient frescoes that surround you on all sides. The food is simple and fresh in a homemade way. The rooftop restaurant is open for buffet dinners—if you have a special craving, let the hotel know in advance and they will do their best to make it happen. Pros: a budget hotel that's quite a steal, beautiful rooms have period furniture and not one is like the other, great personalized service. Cons: no Internet service; precarious steps leading up to the restaurant.
