The Grand Bhagwati
At a Glance
- modern and therefore comfortable, conveniently located
Pros
- uninteresting views, inelegant decor and not very classy
Cons
The Grand Bhagwati Review
High off the road a few kilometers from the city center, at the top of about 50 steep steps, this bright-white hotel is one of the newest in town. Its seven floors mix nouveau-riche style with modernity and sleekness, but it's also a practical and decent choice. Guest rooms, medium in size, with wood floors, have a somewhat over-jazzy decor but are clean and neat. The public spaces are slightly less tidy.
