Centrally air-conditioned, Aditi is within walking distance of the university and a short auto-rickshaw ride from the train station and most of Vadodara's sights. Guest rooms are on the small side, slightly musty and have not much of a view but are fairly clean. Furnishings are of the busy and shudderingly bold variety, but the hotel's prices are very difficult to beat. One restaurant serves a range of North Indian dishes, and Gujarati food is available at its Pearl eatery. Pros: cheap, in the city center. Cons: dull rooms lacking maintenance.
