After a long day of sightseeing, stop here at sundown for a drink or dinner and take in stunning views of the nearby lake, the fort, the clock tower, and the Umaid Bhawan Palace. This good, basic rooftop hangout is at Pal Haveli in the old city. The mostly Indian menu includes a couple pasta dishes. Note that there are steep steps leading to the restaurant.
