Fodor's Review:

If you are looking to splurge and wine and dine like royalty, head to this elegant dining room adorned with portraits from the royal collection or, or to a balcony overlooking luscious gardens. The à la carte restaurant serves contemporary European and unique Indian dishes, a welcome change from the usual Indian and Rajasthani fare. If you are craving seafood, this is the place to try it—don't miss the prawn curry in a tomato cream sauce. The ambience is formal to the point of being a bit stuffy, but the food is delicious and the service is impeccable. The drinks menu is extensive and includes wines from all around the world.
