Famous for serving diners meals off "silver thalis" (platters), what's more interesting here is the lightly cooked, wholesome vegetarian food. The excellence of the food is confirmed by the number of diners who crowd this not-very-well-lit restaurant, which has a dark and overbearing decor. Warm, soft rotis, carefully spiced dal, green vegetables, interesting farsan (snacks), basundi (milk pudding), and sweets tumble onto your thali, one after the other, courtesy the friendly waiters.
