Dabhoi Fort

Fodor's Review:

Overshooting Vadodara brings you to Dabhoi Fort (30 km, or 19 mi, southeast of town), built by the Raja of Patan in the 13th century. The fort's four ornate gates are early masterpieces of the Solank Rajput style. Dabhoi town is a center of one of the oldest narrow gauge lines and home to some impressive steam engines.
