This all-vegetarian restaurant is a terrific place for coffee and dessert, although the setting is a little rough around the edges. It's one of the few places open for breakfast—if you're in the mood for stuffed parathas (whole-wheat flatbread). The house specialty is bundi ki laddu (sugary, deep-fried chickpea-flour balls), and the rasgulla (cheese balls in a sugary syrup) and ras malai (sweet cheese dumplings smothered in cream) melt in your mouth. The silver thali has a good assortment of vegetables and breads, and is one of the best on M. I. Road.
