This Jaipur institution is probably the most popular restaurant with the city's upper middle class. Amid mirrors and marble floors, it serves good Indian and Chinese food, as well as Continental dishes. Specialties include reshmi kebab (skewered boned chicken), paneer tikka (soft Indian cheese with skewered tomatoes, onions, and green peppers), and mutton tikka masala simmered in a spicy tomato-and-butter sauce). Niros also has the best cold coffee in town, topped with a scoop of ice cream. It also serves beer and wine.
