Fodor's Review:

Besides once being the summer residence of the Maharaja of Bikaner, this was for decades also the center of Mount Abu's aristocratic social life. Built in 1893 and now a Heritage Hotel, it still feels something like a hunting lodge, and is a good place to retreat and relax for a few days. Pros: service is excellent, hotel is in the middle of 20 acres of lawns and woods. Cons: no pool or Internet.
